Yes! You get a dedicated private Matomo instance which is only limited by its own resources (fair use policy).

What is the Matomo version?

Latest. We always provide the latest stable Matomo version, so you can get access to the last features offered by Matomo and unleash its real power.

Is there a user limit?

No. There isn't a limit on the number of users, you have your own dedicated Matomo instance which is limited by it's resources.

Can I use my own domain name with Matomo?

Yes.You can use a custom domain, we also provide a free stellarhosted.com domain name.

Is the Matomo administration panel accessible?

Yes. You have complete access to the administration panel, without any limitation and you are free to configure and personalize it as you need.

Can I access my backups?

Yes. We can share (sync) all your backups with you, we also believe in open source and not in vendor lock-ins.

Do I keep my data after the trial?

Yes. Keep using your instance including data by subscribing to a monthly or annual plan.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up?

No. You can sign up and use Matomo for 14 days without entering your payment details. At the end of your trial, you will need to pick a plan and enter your payment details.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

How long are your contracts?
