Yes! You get a dedicated private Evidence instance which is only limited by its own resources (fair use policy).
Yes. Your Evidence runs as its own installation, with its own storage, its own database and database user, and its own credentials. On Standard and Premium, the servers, the load balancer and the database server are shared with other customers. Custom runs on dedicated VMs.
Someone still has to run it. On a VPS you install the patches and upgrades, check that backups restore, watch Evidence and handle outages yourself, and the VPS uptime guarantee covers the server, not Evidence. We do all of that, with daily off-site backups and a 99.9% SLA on Evidence itself. Already running it on a VPS? We move it for you.
Latest. We always provide the latest stable Evidence version, so you can get access to the last features offered by Evidence and unleash its real power.
No. There isn't a limit on the number of users, you have your own dedicated Evidence instance which is limited by it's resources.
